Issues with return
OEM emailed me on November the 22nd at 12:50 pm stating, they had already issued me a refund. I have not received my refund and have verified that is not true. I have sent numerous emails about not receiving my refund with no reply since that email received on November 22nd, 2024, I have made calls to customer support starting on November 17th thru November 27th,2024 many times though all days and left messages at all available extensions with no call back.
User's recommendation: If you should have an issue and want a refund for a defective part, I would not order from OEM.
