I started out the confusion by sending you the wrong order number. You asked me to send more info; my name, my email address, telephone number and the correct order number.

I did all of that and yet you quit responding to me.

Ive been reaching out to these guys since May 26 for a refund. I have only received emails saying they accepted the charge back and showed me the amount and told me to call my bank.

I called them and my bank has no pending refunds or charge back. I can't get my refund, I never received my part they told me USPS lost it and I never received my refund.

The purchase was $52.38, they e mailed sending me a screenshot for a accepted charge back of $67.38. which is wrong amount and I still never received any refund.

I have reached out numerous times three times explaining what my vehicle was sending them. The Vin number never responded back to me.

I sent them. All I was requesting was a return label.

The part that was delivered was the wrong part, and the description clearly stated that it would fit my vehicle model.

wiring on new one very different also the the whole unit is much thinner

than mine
